Bill Speelman, EVP & Project Manager
Bill is the Executive Vice President at DEI. As needed, he performs the role of a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Bill is responsible for the construction schedule and all financial and contractual aspects of the project. He coordinates project milestones during the design phase, production of construction documents, and specification/installation of interior finishes and casework. During the construction phase, Bill maintains the construction schedule, supervises the Site Manager, and monitors the project budget. He also acts as the main contact for information during the construction process.
The Project Manager manages the overall schedule and deliverables of each DEI project. He is responsible for the timely completion /delivery of services and products that are required to complete the projects ahead of the construction scheduling milestones.
