Inside Sales

DEI Incorporated, a nationally recognized Design/Build firm, is currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated, goal-orientated, driven individuals to build new client relationships and set appointments for our Sales Team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold call potential clients
  • Identify and forward sales leads to appropriate Regional Vice President
  • Utilize the CRM database for documenting activity with potential clients
  • Prepare and send out marketing information 
  • Ensure follow-up with leads is occurring then prepare reports on progress
  • Additional duties may be assigned. 

This position requires the candidate to be positive, professional, results-oriented with a disciplined work ethic.  Must possess exceptional communication skills along with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.  Must have the ability to sell non-tangible services with a willingness to spend the majority of each business day on the phone.  

 Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent, college a plus
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and ACT database
  • A minimum of 2 years experience selling services to business consumers
  • Knowledge of the banking industry a plus

This position will receive bi-weekly salaried pay, bonus opportunities, commission structure and an excellent benefits package.

Outside Sales Representative

DEI Incorporated, a nationally recognized Design/Build firm, has an immediate job opening for a qualified Outside Sales Representative in the Northeastern United States (i.e., New England, New York, Pennsylvania). 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling DEI design/build services to financial institutions 
  • Generating new business
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Additional duties may be assigned. 

This position requires the candidate to be positive, professional, results-oriented with a disciplined work ethic.  Must possess exceptional communication skills along with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.  Must have the ability to sell non-tangible services with a willingness to spend the majority of each business day on the phone.  

 Qualifications:

  • Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the customer
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and ACT database
  • Proven and established organizational and communication skills
  • Previous sales experience or customer interaction experience in Construction, Architecture, and/or Banking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new ideas and strategies
  • Highly self-motivated and possess the drive to win
  • Reside within the sales territory
  • Knowledge of the banking industry a plus
