privacy policy

This website (the “Site”) is provided to users (“users” or “you”) by DEI Incorporated (“DEI,” “we” or “us”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of what information we collect on this Site and how that information is used. You should also review our Terms of Use at www.dei-corp.com/terms-of-use.aspx, which contain additional conditions regarding your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and represent that you have read, understood, agree to be bound by, and accept, the terms of this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SITE. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Privacy Policy, your access and use of this Site still binds you to this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
DEI may change the Privacy Policy without prior notice. We will post a notice on the Site’s homepage for 30 days whenever we make a material change to this Privacy Policy that impacts your personally identifiable information (“PII”). However, it is your responsibility to check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. All changes to this Privacy Policy are effective immediately upon publication to the Site. By continuing to use the Site after DEI’s posting of changes, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as modified. Your access and use of the Site is subject to the most current version of this Privacy Policy.

What We Collect, and How We Collect It, and Who We Disclose It To
We collect PII that you submit to us. PII might be submitted through the Site in the form of feedback, surveys, emails you send us or registrations for products or services offered on this Site. We many use your PII to contact you about products, services, or offers. We will not disclose your PII to third parties except for as provided in this Privacy Policy.

Additionally, we use certain standard Internet technologies to collect information about users of the Site. For instance, we use “cookies” (small pieces of information that are transferred by a website and stored on your computer) to determine how users reached the Site and to track user usage patterns during visits. We use the information we collect from cookies to, among other things, improve the function, content, appearance, and capability of the Site. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but users can turn that feature off by changing browser preferences to refuse cookies, or to prompt the user to accept each cookie. We do not store any PII in cookies. We also collect information from the user’s web browser every time a page is requested during a visit to our website. This includes, but is not limited to, user IP address, operating system, web browser software, screen resolution, and referring website. We may also track user traffic and pathways on the Site, and may use this information for a variety of purposes, including to improve the functionality of the Site and to monitor usage patterns. We may share any non-PII data we gather through the Site with any third party, including our web hosting provider, other service providers, suppliers, advertisers, affiliates, and other current and potential business partners.
