This study reviews your main office operations, with a focus on the organizational structure, operational change, personnel growth, and space requirements.  DEI will advise and counsel you as to the best operational components to employ and associated timelines and projected operational gains.

This engagement reviews the existing and potential retail network to understand your position in the marketplace and the upside opportunity. Based on client-provided information and demographic and competitive evaluations, DEI ultimately makes recommendations as to the feasibility of each of the retail outlets in the network and the overall health and placement of the network.

A scaled version of the Retail Network Optimization Study, this study assesses a single retail outlet. DEI will draw conclusions and make clear recommendations as to the feasibility of the single site.
